  • Decide what kind of badge you would like. If you don't see it in our store, you will be ordering a custom badge.

  • To order a custom badge, you must complete the quote request form on our website.

  • You will receive a response via email with your quote information.

  • To place the order, reply with your approval. You will receive a secure click-to-pay invoice via email.

  • Receive concept illustrations for your review and feedback.

  • Upon your intial approval, the illustration is used to create a 3-dimensional computer model (CAD).

  • Your approved 3-D CAD design is programmed and goes into production.

  • Our state of the art CNC machine cuts your badge using the CAD file.

  • Your badge is finished according to your specifications.

  • Badge will be shipped to your door.

+ What services do we offer?

Our services include 2D concept creation, 3D CAD design, metal finishing, painting, powder coating, chrome plating, anodizing, airbrushing and laser engraving.

+ How many badges do I have to order?

Just one, we do not place a minimum quantity on any order.

+ What are they made out of?

All of our badges are made of CNC-machined domestic T6061 billet-aluminum.

+ How do I attach them?

Our badges come with 3M VHB (Very High Bond) adhesive backing for quick and easy installation. Threaded mounting posts are available upon request on certain styles.

+ How do I get a price on a custom badge?

Please submit a quote request and we will respond with detailed pricing info on your design via email. Prices vary depending upon size, shape, finish and design complexity.

+ How long will it take?

Badges in our store are in-stock and available for immediate shipment. For custom designs production times vary depending upon our workload, style of badge, and design complexity. Most badges ship within 8-16 weeks from the time we have recieved payment, though it may longer in some instances.

+ Do we offer a military discount?

Yes, we are proud to offer a 10% military discount to all Active Duty members, Reservists, National Gaurd members, Veterans within one year of discharge and Retirees, including their spouses, of the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard.
